Clearing Saws upto and over 50mm

Duration: 1 Day Lantra Lantra-certified

Safe use of clearing saws for scrub and small-stem cutting, covering maintenance, technique and safe working practice on material up to and over 50mm.

Clearing saws are powerful, versatile tools used widely in arboriculture, groundcare and land management for tackling scrub, undergrowth and small-stem vegetation. Used incorrectly, however, they present significant risks to operators and those working nearby. This one-day course is designed to give operators the knowledge and practical skills to use clearing saws safely and confidently on material both up to and over 50mm in diameter.

Delivered in line with Lantra standards, the training blends classroom-based learning with hands-on practical work, ensuring delegates leave with a thorough understanding of both the theory and real-world application of safe clearing saw operation.
