DJW Training delivers accredited First Aid at Work courses across three profiles: the full qualification, requalification, and the shorter Emergency First Aid at Work route, giving employers a flexible way to meet their legal duty of care and keep their teams protected.
Whether you are training new first-aiders for the first time, renewing an existing certificate, or equipping staff with essential emergency skills, our experienced instructors will guide delegates through practical, scenario-based learning that builds real confidence.
What you'll cover
- Assessing an incident scene and ensuring responder safety
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the use of an AED
- Managing an unconscious or unresponsive casualty
- Controlling bleeding, treating shock and dealing with burns
- Recognising and responding to common medical emergencies
- Recording incidents and understanding when to seek further medical help
